I'm playing as the Commonwealth and had some land I didn't want so I went to the province tabs and released it. It formed a bunch of little nations around my borders. I thought that all these little nations would love me since I brought them into existence. However, it only gave them a "+25 returned a province to us" modifier and they all actually have a negative opinion of me. I suggest a unique modifier for creating nations in this way that is much higher.
