Creating a Chinese Puppet

Basically i am trying to create a new Country based on the puppet Government the Japanese set up around Nanjing in ~1937 based initially around minister Wang jingwei.

Creating the cournty is fine, adding ministers, leaders, flags etc, i can do all that, but i cant seem to find much information on this 'government' which goes into much more detail then Wikipedia ( For Reference ). So i wanted to know if either someone has already created such a country with minsiters, flag, leaders etc that i could use (checked SMEP, TRP, Compendium, CCIP, Kaisereich, PTEP... no luck ) or if anyone has any suggestions in hlping to flesh this poposed country out, so i dont just have a few basic ministers/leaders, but something that could realistically take over all of china (RP wise).

Also any suggestions for a Flag would be appreciated

Yep. The Wang Jingwei government is called China-Nanjing and can be released during the Sino-Japanese war*. Also, Wang Kemen's Provisional Government in Japanese controlled Northern China exists as Northern China and can be released likewise.

*After the Japanese victory event (can't be bothered to remember the name), they both are no longer on the list of liberatable states. Anyone know why?

Total conquest. Puppet would, of course, give all of their cores away to Nationalist China puppet.

That happens to the CSA, too, which is pretty odd. It seems like you could only liberate some countries when you are at war with another.
