How to add Leaders ? As you may know I'm doing a fantasia scenario in wich Albania is the big bad Axis leader invading everyone. Problem is - no leaders ! I'd want to make up some bogus Generals for some nations that don't have any leaders in the 1936-1941 scenarios. I saw the post on the Leaders file editing. I just dont want to edit these files. Is there a way I can make up some in the scenario EUG file without going through the Excel files ?

On a different note (I am new)

I am hoping some experts can help me figure a few things out.
1- Can you, and how do you, load troops into transport planes?
2- I started in 1936 as German, I have been pumping as much as I can into research, yet now I am at 1941 and have barely any if any new options for tanks troops, planes, ships etc. Shouldn't I by now have Paratroopes or Panzer tanks, better fighters etc. etc.
3- (A silly question) How do I (As Germany) Change my flag to be the more traditional "nazi" flag. The red flag with the black Iron Cross in the middle (the flag shown on the screen shot on the back of the game's box)?
4- I am allies with Italy. Can Italian troops board my German Cargo/Transport ships? If I send an expeditionary unit of transport ships to Italy, should Italians Troops then be able to board those ships?
5- Navel shore bombardment. How do you do that? I have the Bismark and am at war with Greece. When I pull up to one of the shores of Greece, I do not get an option to attack that shore with my ship(s), only "Patrol" or "Move".

As Nipitum has pointed out you are either in the wrong thread (2) or wrong forum (1, 3-5). Try reposting points 1 and 3-5 in the General Discussions forum. Thread-jacking is not allowed, so please consider where you post stuff.

Regarding 2: There are two files: flag_ger.bmp and shield_ger.bmp in the gfx folder (look in the subfolders). Replace these with the new graphics. If you have more questions please raise these in a new thread.

Now, to get back on topic:
To add leaders to a country without existing leaders you'll need to create a new leader file. Make sure you have the proper format (copy an existing (preferrably small) one), unique ids and - AFAIK - an empty line after the last leader.
