Why isn't France demanding English owned French provinces in peace instead of other far flung territories? This worries me greatly, surely the French AI should place a higher priority on gaining territory with it's own national culture rather than Puerto Rico or parts of Ireland and Norway. I'm going to be in a bad mood all day now. 
Maybe since patches does not update save games, maybe since this version is about 1 month old.

Only 90% inflation? Your not the man you use to be Carlous Rex. Are you seeing a real improvement in the AI? I'm hoping that there is more to EUII than just an increase in the complexity in the choices that you have in running your country.

Rofl, sorry to disappoint you, but I can not possibly screw my own country.
AI is way better, if u play the hardest settings as a one province minor, you've done well if you can first expand and then keep it against a big country.
I tried Prussia. Could not do a thing for 100 years, otherwise I'd be eaten alive.

lol, I can clearly say that this one is harder than any EU1 GC EVER, I'm constantly trying every trick in the book(and the new book
)to overcomplicate the AI, but with 90% inflation and lots of poor stab events, it's hard as rock.. ,)

EPILOGUE AND SUMMARY OF THE SWEDISH AAR
In 1564, Sweden was one of the big 3, France, Austria and Sweden being the superpowers. France and Austria would for sure clash, bordering each other, France having eaten up Burgundy nd the dutch province. Austria had taken all the western provinces, all the way to Lorraine, where the French lands begun.
Sweden, crippled by inflation, was in a prime position.
Holding VorPommern, Holstein and Jutland, we could overrun the small north german states and get a strong foothold in Germany.
Also holding Pskov and Estonia in the baltics, we had a good position on Poland, that were pretty strong.
Anyway, here are the provinces that we aquired fromwar and colonies:
Jutland, Holstein, VorPommern, Kexholm, Pskov, Estonia, Skåne, Jämtland, Novgorod, Olonets, Narvik(all thru war with Denmark, Novgorod and Teutonic Order)
Finnmark, Karelen, Kola were colonized after the TP's there were burnt.
Hope you enjoyed the short story, it was fun while it lasted.
