Crashing on November 15th

Just a quick one to bring attention to an issue I'm facing.
Game is crashing on November the 15th on every game I start.
Have started several different games with various nations and various graphics choices to no avail.

Please report this issue in the bug report forums.

Make sure to attach your crash folders to the post, they can usually be found in
\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\crashes

Unfortunately I am unable to find the bug reports section of the forum. If I am required to sync my account to steam in order to view said forum that isn't working for me either (but never reported that as I don't really care that much.)
