Crashes when starting game

hi

i just downloaded IN and when i load the game after selecting my country the game just crashes. I dont receive and error message or anything like that. has anyone else had this problems or does anyone know how to fix it? i fear it might be because of the TOT map mod i have installed.

Yes i believe there have been reports of TOT and IN not playing well together.

The fix was to uninstall everything and reinstall everything fresh.

Map mods DO NOT WORK with IN at the present folks. This is because IN added some new provinces and stuff.

You'll have to wait for the mod makers to release a new version.

Do a fresh install mate.

Yeah, I was. Have reinstalled everything now too and that didn't work either so I'm guessing IN is NOT save game compatible. Is that right? Gah - i got Burgundy to 1786 and was in a pretty good position, although the rump of my nation was in mid-Germany rather than E and NE France.

Ok, I've learnt to accept it now. It's not all bad, I'll just start again from scratch and this time France wont get away with it!
