Crashes to black screen/desktop while using the road tool

This has been a problem for me since the game came out. If I use the road tool after the road has finished being placed or if I right-click the mouse to make the road tool go away, my drivers crash.

This has been going on ever since the game came out now...

Yes my PC is fine. i7-3370, 32GB RAM 2x GTX 670's
Yes I have the latest drivers installed
Yes I've uninstalled all my microsoft c++ things, uninstalled skylines, reinstalled skylines, then installed the vc/dx in the folder
No my hardware is not failing. My video cards are pretty new & I can run CSGO at 120FPS for many hours at a time & other high-end games on max settings with no problems.
No my drivers never crash independently.

Maybe if you didn't call the launch of this game an 'absolute failure' by Paradox, accuse it of hiding behind an 'indie' title to avoid poor reviews, berate possibly the only person who could help you with your issue, and calling the game a scam, ALL before making a proper thread explaining your issue with all the variables the devs would need to troubleshoot it, then maybe you wouldn't appear to be so damn entitled.

Tto any devs reading this: do not help this user with his issue. He does not deserve any more attention than this post I am making now.

On the fair side to the OP (I was impatient too in my younger days) - there should be a tool providing simple checks and collecting log data for the devs. I remember wow having even a repair tool trying to automate all possible bugfixes.
