Are you stupid? No sorry, I don't think you guys are, but I must disagree very forcefully about the way you look at history if you think John Green doesn't teach it well. The primary thing he does is teach how to look at history through different lenses and how to think for yourself about it. That's something that is sorely lacking in todays classrooms. Facts can be found in 4th grade history books but the right way to interpret those facts is much more difficult to convey and Green does it masterfully. You don't have to agree, but I think you should.

Learning skills are important, but not always relevant to what it is actually talking about. If John Green was a teacher at a school, then wonderful. But he's not, and unless his videos are meant to be a replacement of a school, then his videos should be viewed with different expectations than that of a teacher.

So judging it by the contents of what it is talking about is more than fair, in my opinion.
