Crash with French version when upgrading RGO / mines / farms

Argh !!!

I have, how say, a little pb with Victoria...

I play a GC (as Russia) with french version 1.02 and every time (it's my third game with the same thing) I upgrad my terrotories, I have a game crash...

If the same thing happening to someone, please, say me I'm not alone (and if you know how made Victoria playable, it will be better...).

Nb: I have try to put the same post before but I think it don't work, if you see it somewhere, say it to me for I delete it.

in the file \Victoria\config\extra_txt.csv
replace the line for EXPANDFIN_2 by this line:

EXPANDFIN_2;"%t, nous avons terminer l'expansion d'un(e)";;;;;;;;;;X
