This doesn't happen often but enough for me to finally type here. When I try to save, I get; "cities skylines not responding. Windows is checking for a solution." Sadly, it doesn't (does it ever) and force closes my game ruining what I had done. I see from the list that I'm not the only one. Yikes.
I do have Windows 10 and I have traffic++ mod loaded but it wasn't on my tool bar at the bottom.

Windows 10 on Samsung 830 SSD (128GB)
Steam is on my 500GB SATA III WD Velociraptor)

All drivers are up to date.
