crash when looking at decision

when I played as macedon I took thrace ftom tylis and then a decision apears: annex small nation
if I hover over thet decision the game instant crashes to desktop and all my saves got corrupted
what is wrong here?
i am playing vae victis fully patched

Sounds like you're using the Total Conquest mod (or another mod that incorporates it, like Imperium). It shouldn't be crashing at all in recent versions, did you maybe install an older version?

Hell, I've never had a problem with it corrupting saves :S

Go into the decisions subfolder in your EUR game directory. What files are in there?

wel I once installed a mod but I uninstalled rome because of a fault in that installation but no mods for now
in the decision folders are: carthage, conversions, egypt, galicnation, generic, monarchy, numidiannation, republics, rome, seleucisepire, tcmdecisions, tribes

Numidiannation and tcmdecisions are not part of unmodded Rome.

Yep, get rid of them. Sounds like you were using an old version of the Mod Collection but when you uninstalled it some files were left over and that was causing problems. I suggest you do a search of your EUR directory for anything that has "tcm" in its name and delete them (you may find tcmevents.txt and/or the TCM localisation file).
