Crash starting 1336 and after

This has been happening to me since 1.05 and is continuing in 1.06

If I select the hundred years war or a later date, the game instantly crashes to desktop. I am running no mods, but all DLC. Not sure if this has been reported but my search yielded no other threads!

You shouldn't be able to start after the 1337 scenario as it's the last one and 1.1.1337 is the last date the vanilla game will load.

Well that explains one part

but if I try the 1.1.1337 I CTD as well

alright well I've done a further inspection instead of just clicking on the 100 years war bookmark

The game crashes to desktop consistently at around 1226-1246 when I increase the bookmarks by 10. I tested this 4-5 times just now.

I am not able to reproduce this in v1.06. If a clean reinstall doesn't help, could you attach your error and exceptions files from the logs folder and describe step by step in which way you start up a 1137 session before it crashes?

will try a clean re install tomorrow and will see if it continues

late update but I ran a reinstall and the problem has disappeared. I'm happy :rofl:
