I just bought the Crusader Kings II and 3 DLC pack, running me around $80, after one successful start up, it refuses to start. After the windowed screen showing DLC content, the games starts to load, it gets to either the sounds or the processing flags load bar before freezing untill i click the mouse, causing it to become unresponsive and crash. i have played many of your games, and have never had a problem i could not fix till now. can i please get some help.

This belongs in the CKII tech support forum. To access it you probably need to answer your confirmation email which you apparently never did---look under your name. If you don't have it anymore change your email to something bogus and then back to the real one.

Then you might have got stuck in the merge; if that is the case you will need to wait for a mod to notice you.
If it is the merge then sadly no. Only mods and admins can unmerge you. Though both mods and admins browse this subforum so it probably won't take long. Though it is the weekend so it may take longer than during the work week.
