Crash on launch - 3.6.0 Orion-open-beta-3 (313b)

I've disabled all the UI mods I had been using, verifying integrity of game files, switched from beta to 3.5.3 several times.

Nothing in the error log. I have no idea what's causing this.

Apparently the issue is caused by something in my saved empire designs, but this never happened before.

I do use a few "empty" designs to help space out my saved designs into distinct sections, but removing them didn't help at all.

Seems like this is widespread now, did you ever got a solution?

Remove any special characters from empire name if there are any (colors, icons).

If that doesn't work, remove any line breaks from biographies.
