Crash game in 1706

My game is permanantly crashed in 06.06.1706.

The error log is next:
[fixedwindow.cpp:2951]: interface/mapicons.gui: Missing Button 'defender_condottieri_shield' in window 'navy_combat_mapicon'.

Playing without mods and in Ironmode.

The save is attached.

Please give an advice how to solve it? Maybe there is some event in the game that I should avoid?

Is this game using Random New World? Because it is starting to look like that is bugged in this update.
