Whenever my wife gets pregnant, this event chain begins. After a couple of events the game crashed just like that. I tried the both options in the event and also started a new game again but it crashed during the same event chain. Before the crash, I hear an event sound coming. My game is Ironman enabled. I can upload game log if necessary.
I use graphic mods but I don't think that is the problem here. (Yeah the problem was the graphic mod after all)
