Crash at launcher

Hello, I am having trouble starting CK2. The launcher will display but I once I click to start the game, it just crashes without any error sing or warning.

I did a clean install as well as run the programs that was suggested in the other post a few times. No change in status. I attached my settings, system, and dxdiag log if that helps.

I think yur problem is here:

Current Mode: 1768 x 992 (32 bit) (30Hz)
Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor
Monitor Model: BBY LCD TV
Monitor Id: PRI0670
Native Mode: 1360 x 768(p) (60.015Hz)

Try editing that settings.txt as folows:

refreshRate=30
fullScreen=yes
borderless=no

If that doesn't help, can you put your Windows desktop resolution to match that TV's native resolution, and make sure the game uses the same?
