well, I've been lurking the forum for a while, watch some LP's, pre-ordered and played the demo, but I do have some questions...

1. I haven't seen any achievements yet in any LP or the demo, will there be any in the release version?

Also, in CK1 I was mostly marrying all my male courtiers to get a large family of (in theory) loyal courtiers, and a larger pool of potential chancellors, marshals etc...
I assume this also will be advantageous in CK2, but I do have a question...

2. will DNA also have an effect on stats, besides looks? So should I try to marry my brilliant strategist to another brilliant strategist? So they make warrior babies? Or is it just education and luck that has an impact here?

It isn't really a big deal anymore. I know in CK1 you could raise superbabies by getting all Bene Gesserit on your royal family, but there seems to be a cap on stats now so it's more about how they are raised and who you pick to raise them.

I'm not 100% sure, and you don't have too many generations to play with in the demo, but that's what it looked like.
