Court election bug

I'm using the Deus Vult 2.1 beta.

For some reason, every time I reload, the all my court members have been automatically reelected. It just automatically selects the courtiers with the highest stats.
But since most of these are very disloyal, this is a mayor pain.. Is there any way I can stop this auto-reelection?

This is apparently by design
No way to change it -- every time you load, the AI will pick whoever it considers best for these positions, and the human court is not exempt.
