When I played CK1, I always liked playing a dynasty that had no previous ancestors. Like the 'da Romano' dynasty in Nice (which is a bishopric, I know). When CKII arrives, I really want to pick another dynasty where your character is the founder of the dynasty, but I haven't been able to find any.

Now my questions :

1. Will it be easy to mod/change a bishopric into a county ?
2. Is there an easy way for me to see which dynasty has the fewest members ? (preferably only one)
3. What exactly is 'lineage' ? In the dynasty tree there is a greenish branch wrapped around the lines, what does this mean ?
