Description​

When I click on the decision for granting support fo the population to preparing an armed coup, the decision start.
However, it's maintened during 1 day then canceled. The decision progress stops and backs to the its unlaunched state.

It is the decesions that is available when the democratic party is not leading but majoritary in the country (surely more than 75 percent).
