How to orchestrate a Coup in LaR:
- You build a spy network with your agents.
- Once you have 70% network strength you can do the "Orchestrate coup" mission.
- It has other preconditions (ideology support, low stability)
- If you fulfill the preconditions you assign 2 spies and some equipment and commence the operation.
- If the operations succeds there is a civil war.
Yeah I know how to start one... but it seems they peter out fast... sometimes losing their ports even before your volunteer arrives...
