Hello, community
I have spent a lot of hours, chilling in CK3 and slowly conquering the whole map as Roman Empire grown from Byzanthium
And after the whole world united, i have one county that i cannot take, and it has no count. It has no castle, only 2 emty provinces and 1 city with a mayor. I have no casus belli and no chance to vassalize him, cause of "isolation -500"

Is there any legal way to conquer this thing?

Seems like you played an old save after the new update. There's no fix for this.

You have basically two options: a) start a new game or b) downgrade your game version to before the last update.

you can grant yourself the county in debug mode, or vassalize the man with yesmen enabled. theres a city holding so it shouldnt break too much. the biggest issue is the primary holding is one of the empty slots and thats making the videogame confused, so you gotta find some way of making that the county capital. there is no way of fixing this "legally", as it were

if all the holdings were empty, youd be able to salvage it by building a castle or something in the primary slot, but itd be a race against time since as soon as the initial holder died, it would become owned by nobody and youd be unable to build anything in it, because the county is not technically held by either you or a vassal in your realm

you CAN access debug without breaking your access to cheevies using this cheat engine table (be sure to follow the link after the red text at the very top to get the latest version, maintained by a different guy than the op) but if youre not particularly tech savvy youre liable to download some kind of malware in the process. cheat engine and its tables themselves are harmless, but the nature of these things is inherently sort of seedy, so the download wizard comes with a bunch of extras you need to opt out of and if you dont have the requisite knowledge and experience to know that intrinsically you should probably give it a miss (no judgement intended of course, it be like that sometimes)

The easiest fix for this is to use Cheat Engine and the latest cheat table for CK3 to force-enable the debug console, give yourself the county via debug, then disable the debug console. As long as you disable the debug console before you save again, your save will still be recognized as Achievement Compatible.
