County of Rothenburg (and its capital barony) should really be called Scheyern, and Count Otto should indeed be a Wittelsbach

Hi,

After reading the thread below, then looking at Wikipedia entries and Google Maps-ing Germany, it became clear to me that the in-game title of "County of Rothenburg" is mis-named, and should be called the County of Scheyern instead, since it's exactly where Scheyern is (between Augsburg, Munich, and Ingolstadt) while Rothenburg ob der Tauber (the notable Rothenburg south of the Weisswurstäquator) is northwest of Ansbach.

And if it's the County of Scheyern, the Count Otto holding it in 1066 should be the very first undisputed member of the House of Wittelsbach.
