Doomdark gave us clear light to make a suggestion for the most needed county of Bar (as requested by the community). Well here it is.
Today the county of Bar is represented by Verdun as a compensation (sort of).
C_Verdun was given b_longuyon as a new capital and b_verdun was changed into a temple to better represent the early bishops of Verdun which wasn't county holders. B_grandpre was removed from start, but will become active if invested in a temple in the county.
In 1134.1.1, c_Verdun changes it capital to b_Verdun as this is the date were it was changed into a prince-bishopric. More to that later.
The new baronies, in yellow, would need a name in the loc.
b_etain # Étain
b_stenay # Stenay
b_commercy # Commercy
b_saintdizier # Saint-Dizier
b_joinville # Joinville
Three baronies was moved from original c_verdun to new c_bar including: b_barleduc, b_vaucouleurs and b_saintmihel.
Landed Titles
I think that Verdun should be part of Lower Lorraine and Bar should be part of Upper Lorraine. Then they talk about the Archbishopric of Trier they always include the Bishopric of Verdun in it so that's how I motivate that change.
1. Counts of Bar
The new holders of Bar would be similar to those of Verdun (in game).
c_bar list
2. Counts/Prince-Bishops of Verdun
Verdun is far trickier and this is basically where all deep research went.
c_verdun list
But for it to become a Prince-Bishopric the holders must have the b_verdun.
Also as a bonus here is a few more bishops of Laon.

3. New Characters
I will present the new characters in sections of dynasties rather than succession order. The c. 50 new characters is all the holders of Verdun + missing relatives (I've chosen to add up to grandfather generation if spouse already exist just to bind up some singles ladies in game). All birth and death dates is aimed to be as historically correct as possible, but if no sources about those dates I've just made something up which makes sense in game in relation to other characters.
Wigeriche
Two missing characters; count Friedrich of Verdun and his great uncle Adalbero of Verdun. Not much to tell about them more than that they're missing. I suggest that you change "Adelbero" to "Adalbero" to id 161541, it's probably a typo error.
New Characters
Suggested changes to the dynasty while we're at it
De Chiny
When I added these two prince-bishops I looked up their founder (always do) and found that the first Louis de Chiny was the son of Eudes Karling (6410). I build on that and added the ancestors and brother to Otton de Chiny (33207). I also suggest that you change Otton's name to Eudes since he's frankish and because his ancestor, Eudes Karling, is called Eudes not Otton (both is a variation of each other). By adding Albert, Otton's oldest son, I landed the single lady Agnes Scarponnois (34307) as well.
Required changes to existing characters!
De Namur
Two new characters: son and grandson of Henri de Namur (161537).
Von Metz
Next dynasty is a branch of the dynasty von Metz. There is two options here: add an new dynasty [von Bliescastel] or you just keep the old dynasty [von Metz] (which I've decided to show you here). Folmar married his second cousin Clementia von Metz (31547).
De Hiergis and De Rethel
Héribrand de Hiergis was an overlord/seigneur in France. He married Hodierne de Rethel and got Manassès de Hiegis which was then cousin of Melisande of Jerusalem which send after him in 1140 to be Constable of Jerusalem. Since Constable doesn't even exist as a title in the game he should be marshal. To achieve this I've given him a 9 base in martial skill and given him the trait brilliant strategist. He was later exiled and married Alix de Chiny, the daughter of Albert de Chiny I mentioned before, in 1160. He later died of illness as a monk in an abbey not too far from Liege. After Héribrands death, in 1114, Hodierne married Roger d'Hauteville (30877) prince/duke of Antioch the same year.
De Grandpré
De Grandpré was a frankish dynasty. One count of Verdun was in this dynasty as well as one prince-bishop. I added the spouse of Henri and made them marry right before their son, Prince-Bishop Robert, was born. I want to report a typo error on your behalf as well, 161250 is named Liutgard not Luitgard.
De Dampierre
Three characters. Guillaume is the new founder and, along with the already existing son, he is given two daughters, Elisabeth and Odette, who gave birth to prince-bishops of Verdun. A little change could be done with Guy (7488) as he could be both born later and should be the son of new Guillaume.
De La Tourette
Frankish dynasty who got a lot of clerics in it. Jean married Alix de Dreux and had Jean II who married Odette de Dampierre and they got Jean III, Prince-Bishop Ranoul of Verdun, Bishop Robert of Langres and a daughter Helvide/Ermengarde/Alix who gave birth to Prince-Bishop D'Aix. Jean got Bishop Robert of Laon and Archbishop Raolf of Lyon. Since it's a frankish family, Raolf should be renamed to Raoul and change culture from Occitan to Frankish. Also "de la Tourette" is the original name of the dynasty, but I think "de Thourotte" would be better since I only found sources on that name.
De Mello and de Traînel
Prince-Bishop Guy of Verdun and his Aunt who married Garnier de Traînel and got the previous Prince-Bishop Guy who died somewhere around 1245.
De Grandson
The birthdate of Agnes von Neuenburg need to be moved forward twenty years or she'd be at least 50 when she got her children. All the "employer=" is for the dynasty to stay in Genevé and Neuchatel.
d'Apremont
Two missing ancestors to Prince-Bishop Jean of Metz who should also be the Prince-Bishop of Verdun. These two marries women I've reported before in this post. Prince-Bishop Jean (31554) should have the new parents, Geoffroy and Elisabeth.
Other single dynasties
These characters might as well be lowborns since they're on their own until someone research their dynasty trees and adds relatives somewhat important to the CK2 world. Some have connection to the dynasties above this point, but there is a gap in sources between the folks.
New Dynasties to add
Changes to existing dynasties!
De Grandson, De Traînel and De Hiergis is three vital dynasties to add, the rest is a matter of taste since they're single member dynasties for now.
What if we (PI) don't want to add a new county?
I would like you to at least change the b_verdun to a bishopric and keep the b_verdun list as well as all legit (more than one dynasty member) characters for immersion. We're very grateful for any changes made to achieve historicity in this region.

Also "de la Tourette" is the original name of the dynasty, but I think "de Thourotte" would be better since I only found sources on that name.

Changes to existing dynasties!
Code:
1027023 = {
name="[COLOR="#FFFF00"]de Thourotte[/color]"
culture = [COLOR="#FFFF00"]frankish[/color]
}
