Actually, it looks like a simple copy-and-paste from text.csv, so I don't think it took much time to prepare.

And HEI always stood for the Holy Roman Empire in EU. It's still used for that even in EU2. I'm not sure about EU1, but in EU2 this tag is for example used to pool all the German minors, so that they can draw random leader names from the same file, which uses HEI tag.
 
I'm surprised no one directly said that PIR=Pirates... silly people :D

I guess my mind wanted me to not see it so I could be surprised and laugh :eek:o
