Country tags are influencing the internal migration/colonial migration. But what tag has the biggest influence on the internal/colonial migration?
The CHI tag allows an optimum of a unit of 1300 (labourers/farmers) to move per month for every province.
(Other pops like clerks might vary in unit sizes)

I want to steal the most influencing tag for my own country.
(Ignore the values of the colonial migration in the save game files, they don´t have any influence. Use only the values that are shown in the game at screen 17 of the demographs.)
Edit: Sorry, I was wrong. The tag doesn´t influence the internal migration. The internal migration is only influenced by the money of your people.
The less they can buy the bigger is the unit of people that move.
