Country Propaganda Graphic.

I hate asking simple questions like this, but after 20 minutes of searching I can't find the location of the country propaganda graphics (the image that you see next to a selected nation in the setup screen) in the HoI2 file. Can someone tell me where this is located? o

mysteriously hidden away in the Scenarios/DATA folder.
EDIT: you would have thought in the GFX folder but no. Took me ages to find it myself when I wanted to change one of them.
