If only I had the porgramming skills, but I don't.
Anyway this could be done like the Event Editor that is out or the party Editor. All the user has to do is full in the info and push some buttons. It could come with flags and sheilds as default for U0* wahtevers. The user could be their own design in by choice. Some generic flag and sheild desgins would be nice. This would make it easier to have a nice GUI enviroment to experiement. It would have a good backup system. I think it would be easy to do with some knowledge of programming. ANyway good luck to the good person that picks up from my idea.
