Country designer as in ruler designer of CK2

I realized that I prefer CK2 over EU4 mainly because I can customize my dynasty with a ruler designer. How about releasing a country designer DLC in which you can pick or create religion, culture, and a set of NI? On map you should be able to choose provinces which will be transferred to your country's control once the game starts.

This has been brought up before, but I like it and figure it's a matter of time before they do this. Could be wishful thinking, of course, but with a points system like Ck2 it should not be too OP.

The downside is that Ruler designer gives you a preferred start, and maybe a leg up for a generation or two. Country designer lets you fix your 'stats' for the duration, and arguably makes every country the same as every other. If they don't do this, I think it'll be because it takes the personality of the country away and makes them vanilla. Still, player choice and all, seems like a perfect DLC.
