The risk is always their. In EU II you can declare war much easier than it is in real life today. We wrking on to change that, but looking east is not a bad advice.

Nice desc to. Like it a lot.

This is gonna be my first post on this forum

I dont even know if you still need these informations but
since I'm a German resident I thought I could hook you up with some facts about my country

GERMANY

1991:

After the fall of the Berlin-Wall in 1989 and the reunification on oct. 3rd 1990, Germany is the biggest country in central Europe.
Economically Germany is still the strongest european country but according to isssues like Society, there were a couple of problems throughout the next decade. First of all, the Government had to face the extreme differences between the West and the East, which was a lot poorer. Other Problems were high immigration numbers and the return to militaray power.
1995, the Germans sent troops to the balcany regions as for the first time since WWII.

2002

During the last decade, Germany was stucked between building up a globalized society and rebuilding the eastern part of Germany. The country got involved in several military actions such as the US-Afghan-Campagne, but mostly they served in peace-keeping missions around the world.
The economy recovered little and inner problems like mass unemployment, immigration, education etc. were central issues.
Germany now faces the problems of establishing democratic movements in Eastern Europa and integrate them into the EU.
Also there's still the question wether to build up a strong army which can interact by theirself or to remein peacefull but helpless in world-affairs.

I dunno if thats the kinda text y'all be lookin' for but i did my very best for the moment.
any remarks? tell me..

I have made the two descriptions and strategies for Nippon. Please tell me how they are... :)

1991 Description

In 1991, the Japanese "Bubble Economy" was in collapse. The economy went into turmoil, and, through the next few years began to recooperate. Japanese technology thrived, and countries around the world became major buyers, especially the United States.

1991 Strategy

Your technology is amongst the greatest on the planet. The Japanese economy will have to be built up again, so that it can reach its former glory. The Japanese Self Defense Forces must also be strengthened, to defend the Home Islands from possible invasion.

2002 Description

In 2002, the Japanese economy and technological advancements went on the rise. Koizumi Junichiro has become Prime Minister, and the World Trade Center was attacked, bringing the Japanese Military, which have also strengthened in the last decade, having been rated 6th strongest in the world, into its first military operations since the Second World War.

2002 Strategy

Your economy and technology will be a major key to victory. However, China may become a threat. Keep your defense forces in top condition.

Please tell me what you think, everyone. Thank you. :) I hope I helped! :)

Good one Meiji-Tenno:)

And from now on, we'll only need desc. for 1991, since it's decided we'll start then. (I forgot to say:eek:)

Thanks! :)

If it (the 1991 ones ;) ) needs to be longer or something, then I'll make them longer, or whatever changes should be made. Thanks! :)

Go! Portugal Go!

1991: Portugal entered the new decade with a great Smile. A great economist is our Leader, Mr. Cavaco Silva. The Polical crisis cause after the Abril 25th ended a long time ago. Thanks to the help of the European Union the portuguese economic is growing.
Portugal became One of the best places to invest new tecnology, the portuguese people. But you have many things to do many people is living very bad. Alentejo ( Algarve in the Game, Can you change de name of the Province??? ) is one of the poorest provinces in Europe, alot of investment in Infrastuctures must be done.

Strategic:You must invest in infrastuctures Portugal is full of regional differecses. The Portuguese trade centers are growing Portugal is becaming one of the best places to the foren investement. Basicly you need to Invest in almost all areas We still have a good military force but all most all the materials are from the Ultramar War ( don't put this part, the Ultramar war ended in 1974, they are very old ) so If you what to use your military you need a big reform. Our navy isn't big like it was, you must think in quality not quantity. It's almost Impossible to start a conquest first because the closest target is HUGE Spain 5 times bigger that Portugal and with a big military force and we are ( this depends if with are in Nato or UE ). So diplomacy is the best way. We have very influese as a ex-colonizer contry so USE IT.
The Timor-Leste issu is the only real diplomatic problem. Indonesia is our only real enemy (don't put this: remeber Portugal had a Trade Embargo, and no diplomatic relations with Indonesia, so Portugal-indonesia relations should be -100 & trade embargo ) but they are very far away. We don't have any real threat. But a militaristic US my drag you into wars that you didn't whant. Only a new super-Russia can be a real threat, or a Arabic Union, Morroco is besides Spain is the closest Country.
Chose your Wars but remeber with out apowerfull allince we are a easy target to Militaristic Nations.

I Know I know its Big I'll put it shorter

And People Say what you think about it...
