Hi There!
We all remember vividly the days we were daring to dream about Sweden getting actual missions. Now that has become true with Lions of the North, we can only dream about other countries that severly lack actual missions. Dare I suggest a Middle East/Caucasus DLC!

We all remember vividly the days we were daring to dream about Sweden getting actual missions. Now that has become true with Lions of the North, we can only dream about other countries that severly lack actual missions. Dare I suggest a Middle East/Caucasus DLC!
Main Countries
Persia
Let's be honest, this formable nation has seen many forms throughout history with several dynasties ruling over Persia. It's current mission tree is way too small for what this historic nation deserves. It's missions should mainly be focussed on bringing back one of it's historical dynasties and branching off depending on the dynasty. Or perhaps, you take on a more modern jacket, and go on the theocratic shia journey.
Georgia
The Kingdom of Georgia's history runs deep before the sunrise of EU4. At the start of the game, the kingdom is collapsing after multiple invasions. It could start in a disaster, where you race against the clock to fix your country up before the vultures of QQ, Shirvan and mostly the Ottomans feast on your corpse. The late game should evolve around becoming a mountain bastion, playing tall. The main challenge around this in terms of game design, would be the horrible placement to play tall; you're streched over three trade nodes. I don't know of course what it possible in terms of coding, but perhaps the nodes should be made a bit more favorable for Georgia.
Armenia
The coptic nation of Armenia, has always been a country that only masochists would attempt to form as Karabakh. It should be it's mission to reunite western- and eastern Armenia and firmly set it's position as a force to be reckoned on the crossroads of worlds. It could focus on western diplomacy, in order to protect or even be the downfall of the Turks. This finally gives a reason to play any other coptic nation besides Ethiopia.
Punjab
Probably more India than Middle East, but without a doubt, the Sikh Empire could use a lot more flavor. It was one of the last nations to hold out against the British, and certainly deserves missions on its own.
Mamluks
We all now the Mamluks have their fair share in the books of history, yet dying quickly under the foot of the Ottomans. Their missions should most definetly be expanded to reflect their pre-Ottoman history in the game, and their alternative future where they withstood the invasions of the Turks.
Other NationsIraq/Basrah
These nations have always been under the influence of other major powers. I would personally find it interesting for the revolter tags to be able to break away from the chains in search of their own identity. Of course as pseudohistory, these nations could find their roots in their long lost history, maybe even of the Mesopotamian kingdoms. Not as reforming one, but one that influences their nationbuilding.
Yazd
With the updated version of Zaroastrian, this nation at least deserves it's own ideas. There is barely any historical reason for it, but in terms of gameplay, it would be way more fun to at least have a releasable tag as Zoro with their own ideas, and perhaps a few missions
Circassia
At the start of the game, Prince Inal is busy consolidating the lands of Circassia. After these years, it should stand on a choice between remaining Christian or turn muslim in favor of the khanates and the Turks. Perhaps, diplomatic ties could be strengthened between Circassia and it's bretheren on the throne of the Mamluks.
