Countries' releases preferences

Hello there.

In which file can I find the major countries' preferences for release puppets?

Like SOV will release U32, while allies will release POL and GER may release U44... but where are these configs?

No, it's maninly the liberate = {} section in the AI files (revolt.txt hepls though).

Yes, I understand that.
But anyway, any country will prefer to release BEL (or it's commie shadow) than Flanders and/or Wallonia.

Isn't there any mechanic behind this choice?
