We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Some suggestions:
1. Amazonia (would create a usefull puppet over a huge area where's difficult to move)
2. Benelux (to unite the European part of these countries, usefull as USSR for ex)
3. European Union (lets unite it all)
4. Hokkaido (so we can break Japan appart too, just as Germany)
5. Papal States (for fun)
6. Transilvanya (yeah, it's possible)

Maybe you should look at the New Nations Mod for HoI2. There's a link in my sig, and almost all of the nations are good ideas.
