All! As Norway I was largely free from the religious problems of Europe. Reformation centres spawned in the UK (both types, one in Fife and one in the Marches). So when the option to embrace the counter revolution happened I ignored it since no provinces converted.

As I was conquering Russia and the UK, a reformation centre in North Germany completely ended up ignoring Polish territory right next to it so started converting Denmark to Reformation.

So heres my problem, its about 1600, and the religious troubles have just sodding hit me! Of course, I can no longer use the counter-reformation which I think is unfair.

If you can still get religious problems, I must still be able to either change religion, or embrace the counter revolution. I cant convert Fife or March since I dont have the missionary bonus so I have to wait until I can build cathedrals. Id be happy to change to protestant/reformed but everyone else in Europe is Catholic and France is half protestant/half reformed yet still catholic which is annoying.

So yeah. Something is broken! Either force a reformation centre to spawn in Scandinavia (whch im sure is coming future patch) or allow counter-reformation as long as you can still get religious troubles.

I'm hoping converting russia to Catholic will put my threshold above the troubles to end it. Otherwise I'm stuck because as soon as i change a province back to catholic, the centre changes it back to the old religion and boom, yet another religious zeal modifier.

Thanks for reading this far!
