You might be right about the sale. The games on sale have the same timer, but the other coming soon games don't. Maybe Hoi4 got flagged for sale.

@Had a dad already cleared up on the other dozens of those threads which got closed by him, that this has nothing to do with Stellaris or Hearts of Iron IV. There is a reason why one of the Sticky Posts on this Forums clearly says Hearts of Iron IV release date ***Still Pending / Unknown***
