We can make more than one commander, depending on martial.
Whot if we get +1 Chancellor / Marshal / Steward / Spymaster / Court Chaplain, for every 6 or 8 point in corresponding, basic attribute (minimum 1)?
In Medieval Times, if someone live life full of diplomacy nad intrigue, he/she will not depend on one person, but he/she will train or nominate another one, to have more information and etc.
The same with rest. Someone who have high martial or learning, will have 2 or more Marshals or Court Chaplain.
