couldn't log in to old account, couldn't reset password can't claim my cd key. (Solved)

This is some asinine BS. I couldn't log into my old account & had to make a new one with the same credentials & now cannot claim my CD key. I tried to reset my password several times but never recieved an e-mail with a reset password link, I waited 10 hours before posting this. I would just buy a new copy on steam & demand a refund for my kickstarter backing & just eat the price difference, but this whole experience has given me exactly 0 faith in your network or your customer support. I WANT MY CD KEY.

edit: Or a refund I am sick of this crap at this point.
