Not that complicated. You have several hints and tweets already complaining about, say, a water connection problem. You even have hints pop up telling you that a problem exists. But to find out where the problem actually is in your huge, sprawling metropolis all you have to rely on is the mark 1 eyeball when the issue is 1 small house way in the corner or hidden in plain sight? Come on devs, you can do better.
Create a series of icons that will populate the top of your screen (where only the tweet monster is right now so plenty of room) based on Health, Dead, Garbage, Fire, Power, Water, and possibly Traffic Congestion that will start flashing or glowing or something when there's a problem, and centers the screen on the nearest problem of that nature when clicked on while it's acting up. Is that really so difficult a UI choice? At least it would guarantee that when I have a problem that citizens are tweeting about I know where to look to identify it.
