Not that complicated. You have several hints and tweets already complaining about, say, a water connection problem. You even have hints pop up telling you that a problem exists. But to find out where the problem actually is in your huge, sprawling metropolis all you have to rely on is the mark 1 eyeball when the issue is 1 small house way in the corner or hidden in plain sight? Come on devs, you can do better.

Create a series of icons that will populate the top of your screen (where only the tweet monster is right now so plenty of room) based on Health, Dead, Garbage, Fire, Power, Water, and possibly Traffic Congestion that will start flashing or glowing or something when there's a problem, and centers the screen on the nearest problem of that nature when clicked on while it's acting up. Is that really so difficult a UI choice? At least it would guarantee that when I have a problem that citizens are tweeting about I know where to look to identify it.

Do you know that if you click on the name of the chirping person, it'll take to the house in question? I agree that with traffic it can sometimes be difficult to identify the source of the problem, but to me that's how it should be.

I tried that and it took me to the cim in qustion instead. Not that useful when he's at a park. At that point my only option was to wait and follow him home rather than, you know, actually solving the problem quickly like a "snap to issue" button feature would allow me to do.

Also tweets about issues have a tendency to still be the top tweet even after the problem is resolved, something a "snap to issue" button would let me know about (it stops flashing? Problem was dealt with).

When you click on the cim the pop-up lists where he/she lives....you can click on the name of the residence and the game takes you there.
