I mean, one that when discovered, grants the Conquistador responsible immortality, preventing him from dying from advanced age, and/or battle (he could still be fired though). Thank you.

This would never make it into the vanilla game, but could be something for Random New World. El Dorado shouldn't really even be in vanilla, honestly.
