Could we have the Major Rivers be included in the drawn realm borders, instead of having the latter run along the rivers?

Really, I think I'll be just fine with spotting those rivers at war time even without the extra-vagant blue borders. I would prefer the borders to only be on realm edges (and I'll gladly take them along major rivers that are at the border).
