As in the title.
Knights of the Toxic god got a nice thematic touch where you could get holy worlds from consecrating toxic worlds. I think it would be very nice if the game had a few more consecration possibilities like this that varied based on your ethics, civics and origin.
A small list of ideas:
1) Post Apocalyptic empires, Militarist empires or Memorialists should be able to get holy world consecration on tomb world planets.
2) Remnants origin or Archaeo-engineers ascension perk taken should be able to get holy worlds on planets with a finished excavation site - so no minor artifact deposit dropping means you can still get something.
3) empires that have completed the Breach the Shroud project should be able to get holy worlds from consecrating Shrouded Worlds
4) If for whatever reason you vacate your home world, consecrating that should be a guaranteed holy world - your entire species has their whole history there after all
5) Perhaps Pre-ftl planets should be consecrate able as well, with higher odds for being a holy world if you're Xenophile or Pacifist - in return, you can't build an observation station.
Another idea that was floated around was that maybe holy worlds coukd grant an extra/alternative benefit depending on the planet class that's holy.
For example, consecrating a tomb world could add militarist ethics attraction and ship fire rate, a toxic world gives a society research speed modifier, a shrouded world reduces shroud delve cooldown timer, a finished archaeology site gives leader experience bonuses and a gaia world gives a stronger modifier than what it currently does.
Ideally these bonuses should, if stacked, be able to slightly exceed potential bonuses you might be able to get from other ascension perks, but have the downside of only being compatible with certain ethics/play-styles and therefore having an associated opportunity cost.
Any other ideas people have just throw down below, I can edit or add to the post!
