Seeing how the way governments and AI personalities work will be completely overhauled, i think it would be good to get a list of them at some point. Preferably also including the requirements for getting them. If I want to make a society of Democratic Crusaders or a Theocracy I need to know what kind of civics or ethics are needed for that to happen.
