So, I like playing for achievements in the game (as I'm kinda OCD about getting them all and they offer nice goals), but there's some I just don't get how to do and some where I'd like some tips on how to best go about them.
1) Sword to Ploughshare
I remember there being a long thread about this, without ever reaching a conclusion as to how to do it. Does anyone know the exact way to get it now?
2) I am the Law
Simple question, how do I do it?
3) Peace in our time
So, I enforced peace on my Kingdom once, but do I need to have 6 vassals already at war to make this work?
4) Prodigious Five
Any advice on how to best do it?
5) Pax Mongolica
Tried it as Turkmenian steppe leader, but I could upgrade only one IIRC even though I owned most of them. So yeah, do I need to be merchant republic to do it or something?
6) Who Needs Vasco da Gama?
Don't really like playing as merchant republic much, so what's the fastest way to do this one?
7) "Never start a Land War in Asia"
What's the best starting point for that one? Thinking Karl, but I don't really like playing as Karl.. guess Vikings don't count as Western Europe?
