Could someone do me a small graphical favor?

Does anyone know how to edit the religious icons? As far as I know they're on a single strip, but I'm unable to edit CK II's graphical files. Could someone please upload the vanilla icon strip but with an additional red version of the gold Zoroastrian icon for heresies, such as Zurvanism?

Please keep it as close to the vanilla style as possible, as the other heresy icons are just (I think) blood red versions of their respective icons.

Try downloading Paint.NET which is free. I've been able to edit files using that as well as paint from Win 7. Otherwise, i'm not doing your work for you.
