1)I saw that BUR can reemerge by revolt from HAB, I don't think that's realistic. I think, that after HAB has inherited BUR, it should be gone forever.
2)I was playing CHI and got the event new land claimed in Xinjiang. It did nothing, but I was wondering, because that province belongs to TIB.
