I have some q's
To beging, I started a game as hansa but ran into som "problems"

Q1. My COT in Lübeck was the richest for the first 30 years and had a vaule of around 1200. Now i have reached the year 1540 and it's value is at 600. How can I make it rich again

Q2. Is there some way to get core events more often like the boder dispute. So far (on year 1540) I have got it like 2 times.

Having a high adm skill increases the frequency. You probably lost provinces to people leaving you trade league or you changing Government and dissolving your trade league.

Q1: You have to ask/force countries into your trade league or just get trade rights to get your cot large as a merchant republic. If you change gov, you basically have only your own provinces and some provinces near you treding in your cot so the value will go down.

Q2: Those events (boundary dispute and claims on your rivals) require diplo skill. Try to always have a ruler with diplo 9 to increase the chance of these events. You can also abuse vassalization missions and annex vassal missions to get new cores. Check the eu3 wiki to see the requirements for events and missions.

If someone has opened a rival CoT in Danzig or some other nearby location, it will pull provinces away from your trade sphere. You can either use diplomatic/military pressure to force countries back into your own trade league, or use force to take those rival centers of trade and shut them down.
