Cossacks in armageddon scenario

Playing as the Cossacks is totaly impracticle in AoD, because the only way you can do trade with your allies to maintain your industry/economy is by taking Istanbul otherwise you will be blocked from trading, and thus, you will not have enough rare and energy production to maintain yourself. So unless you take Istanbul to open the Bosphorus strait or border Sweden as your ally, you do not have enough supplies to move your industry...

Yes, I know is shuld be this way, buy it makes every country playable except the cossacs, and since the scenario is made for multiplayer and a balaced game, I think some rares and some energy should be given to them...
