I'm taking a close look at the German (military) leaders file for HoI2 v.1.2. (I presume that the upcoming v.1.3 patch will not change this file). I'm finding several inconsistencies, like the start year for a leader (let's take for example ID 340: von Schlieben) being different from his Rank 1 year. I guess these must be errors as I cannot think of a plausible reason why the years should be different.
Has anybody else taken a look into this? Any opinions? If this is new stuff (which I sincerely doubt), I'd be willing to make the corrections and upload the cleaned-up file. It may well be that there already exists a thread about it but I was unsuccessful stringing together a good search on Google. If so I'd appreciate if you could post a link to that thread.
