Coring using Adm points over time - overcomes having to stack up adm points with conquests

Hi, first time poster.

Why not have adm points used over time like with diplo annexation? It would get rid of requiring to stock up on a LOT of admin points and would allow you to start coring all your provinces right away, hence not requiring you to remember if you cored a province or not.

I sometimes forget and it's rather embarrassing
